Best known as “the woman’s herb” this herb makes a refreshing mildly fruity tea. Red raspberry leaf tea is simple to brew. Use a ratio of 1 tbs of loose-leaf raspberry tea and 1 cup of boiling water. Add your Raspberry Leaf to a tea strainer or tea ball of your choice and pour boiling water over leaves and steep for 10-15 minutes. If you don't own a tea strainer or ball, don't worry just pour your boiling water over the leaves. Steep for 10-15 minutes then strain the tea and drink.
