HOW TO TAKE FRESH HERBAL EXTRACTS
Shake the bottle. Put 10 – 20 drops of liquid into the mouth (the dose), and keep in the mouth for at least 1 minute. Alternatively, put the dose into a small amount of water, then put into the mouth as above. Dosages are ideally not taken with food, i.e. take in between meals or at least 15 minutes before food. This enables the therapeutic ingredients to absorbed into the blood vessels of the mouth, and thus go directly into the blood stream. Liquid herbs are also best taken 3 times a day.
