How to make hot fresh popcorn: Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a heavy pan. Pour enough popcorn to cover the bottom of the pan. Cover pan and keep on high heat. When popping starts remove from heat for 1 minute. Put back on heat and shake pan constantly until most have popped. Add salt or sugar and enjoy your popcorn.
