Psyllium seed husks also known as ispaghula, isabgol, or psyllium. Psyllium Husks are portions of the seeds from the plant Plantago Ovata, (genus Plantago), a native of India. They are hygroscopic, expanding and become mucilaginous.
How to Use: Dissolve 5g to 10g in about 250ml of liquid . For larger doses use more liquid.
