"Unopened/ Unwanted Products
If you for any reason decide you
would like to return a product, as long as it is unopened and in a
resalable condition please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your
order via email. Please include your name, email address, product name,
quantity and reason for return.
We aim to respond to any returns requests within 2 working days.
We recommend sending returns via a recorded service as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
Return shipping is at your own expense, unless the return is due to an
error on our part where we will reimburse you all shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed on receipt of returned goods.
Damaged / Faulty Goods
If you have received an item
which is damaged or faulty please contact us via email stating the
damage or fault along with the product details and your name and email
address. We aim to reply within 2 working days. Responses will include
the return details and any further relevant information.
Once the fault has been agrred a full refund of the cost and any postage paid will be processed.
This policy does not affect you statutory rights relating faulty
goods and complies with the Distance Selling Regulations (2000)."
