Burdock root (Arcticum Lappa) 1:3 herbal tincture is derived from top quality cultivated herbs that are processed to maintain purity and high potency.

Directions For Use

HOW TO TAKE FRESH HERBAL EXTRACTS
Shake bottle. Put 10 - 20 drops of liquid into the mouth (the dose) and keep in mouth for at least 1 minute. Alternatively put the dose into a small amount of water, then put into mouth as above, or as directed by your health professional. Dosages are ideally not taken with food i.e. in between meals or at least 15 minutes before food. This enables the therapeutic ingredients to absorbed into the blood vessels of the mouth, and thus go directly into the blood stream. Liquid herbs are also best taken 3 times a day.

Note: To dissipate the alcohol place required amount in hot water and leave for 2 – 3 minutes.
