"Completely delicious, far superior to the sour stuff you get in the supermarket and if you use peel regularly, more economical too.
You can use this in the usual cakes etc, but it's also amazing dipped in dark chocolate, or used in thin slivers to decorate cookies and cakes. I actually eat it like sweets sometimes too! Keep it in the freezer for easier cutting and to prolong freshness, and cut with scissors for the neatest results."
